We are seeking a Telesales in Tech, a superpower individual who will embrace the challenge and transform the lives of thousands of Indonesians throug education. If you have a passion for learning, a keen interest in high technology anddigital products, and a strong drive for achieving exceptional results in sales, you might be the perfect fit for us.
Your responsibilities:
Handling hot new leads (we provide those ready for feedback).
Making a high volume of calls daily.
Maintaining contact with those who have previously purchased a course and offering connections to new ones.
Engaging in consultative selling to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Navigating the sales funnel and entering essential information into the CRM system.
Presenting course details to potential clients.
Criteria:
Prior experience in B2C sales by phone, in a call center, or in customer support.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
Goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving significant sales targets.
Ability to work independently.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Our offer:
Full-time work from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00.
