Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to customers regarding product applications and performance. Assist customers in troubleshooting and solving technical issues. Prepare technical presentations, product documentation, and application guides. Support customer trials and product evaluations. Work closely with the sales team to recommend suitable solutions based on customer requirements. Conduct market and product research when necessary. Participate in customer meetings and technical discussions. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related chemical field. Minimum 3 years of experience in the coatings industry or with specialty additives related to the coatings industry. Good understanding of paint formulations, raw materials, and additive applications. Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with international teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with water-based and solvent-based coating systems. Experience in technical service, R&D, laboratory work, or customer support. Knowledge of dispersants, defoamers, rheology modifiers, wetting agents, or other coating additives is an advantage.
