Position Summary :
We are looking for a Team Leader – Network Security Engineer to lead the implementation, deployment, and support of enterprise security solutions. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in network and cybersecurity technologies, solid leadership skills, and expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead and manage a team of security engineers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and task coordination.
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise security solutions to protect company infrastructure and data.
• Deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize security technologies and tools.
• Manage and support network security solutions, including Firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS.
• Implement endpoint security solutions such as EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response).
• Support data security initiatives, including DLP (Data Loss Prevention) and encryption technologies.
• Ensure security architecture and solutions align with industry best practices and organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Participate in security incident investigation, resolution, and preventive measures.
• Manage and support PAM (Privileged Access Management) solutions, with preference for BeyondTrust experience.
