Internusa Jayaabadi Sentosa (IJS) is doing services to a lot of companies with various businesses and we're now looking for Accounting & Tax Supervisor to be placed in Jakarta with qualifications and job details below:
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax in Supervisor roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax or related field.
Professional certifications (Brevet A & B) would be an advantage.
Preferably with experience in Public Accounting Office (KAP).
Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards (PSAK / IFRS).
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a must
Strong leadership qualities, with a focus on continuous improvement and a proactive approach to challenges.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across various departments.
Willing to do business trip for a long period of time
Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.
Monitor and report on budget performance, preparing recommendations for cost control and efficiency improvements.
Ensure compliance with all local tax laws and regulations, including Income Tax, Value Added Tax (VAT), and others relevant to the company operations.
Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger management.
Analyze cash position and participate in cash management strategies to optimize resource utilization.
Oversee and manage internal and external audit processes to ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for finance-related queries and compliance matters.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Accounting & Tax staff, ensuring knowledge transfer and skills development.
