System Analyst

Our insurance client is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. This role is essential for mapping and automating business processes, gathering and translating business requirements, and developing test scenarios and cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in data analysis and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze user requirements to ensure business needs are well understood.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD), and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), to support the development process.
- Design system workflows and database structures, including sequence diagrams and stored procedures.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure technical solutions align with requirements.
- Conduct system testing prior to User Acceptance Test (UAT) to ensure quality and functionality.
- Coordinate between users and the technical team to ensure smooth communication and successful project delivery.

Work Experience
- Employment type: Outsourced-Contract.
- Contract duration: 6 months (with extension possibility).
- Location: Sunter, North Jakarta.
- Work type: Work from Office (WFO).

Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:
- Creating ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram).
- Developing BRD (Business Requirement Document) and FSD (Functional Specification Document).
- Designing sequence diagrams and database structures.
- Writing and optimizing stored procedures.
- Performing Quality Assurance testing to validate system functions.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between stakeholders and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Experience working in an automotive manufacturing company or related industry is an advantage.
