- Prepare daily and weekly production plans based on customer orders
- Supervise the performance of Group Leaders and Operators
- Ensure product quality meets company and customer standards
- Manage raw material and finished goods inventory
- Optimize machine utilization and reduce downtime
- Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective actions
- Prepare weekly and monthly production performance reports
- Identify training needs for team development
- Ensure compliance with all occupational safety (K3) and environmental regulations
- Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and PPIC departments
