DW Steward / Dishwasher Qualifications
Minimum education: High School/Vocational High School or equivalent.
Previous experience as a Steward, Dishwasher, or in a similar role is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
Ability to wash, clean, and store kitchen equipment according to company standards.
Knowledge of the safe use of cleaning chemicals and cleaning equipment.
Ability to maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dishwashing area, and other work areas.
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Honest, disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Positive attitude, hardworking, and able to follow instructions effectively.
