- Ensure product quality complies with company and customer standards and specifications.
- Analyze quality issues occurring during the production process and in finished products.
- Develop, monitor, and evaluate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Conduct root cause analysis using problem-solving methods such as 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, and 8D Report.
- Coordinate with Production, PPIC, Engineering, and Quality Control departments to improve product and process quality.
- Monitor quality performance data and prepare periodic quality reports.
- Develop and maintain quality-related documents, including SOPs, Control Plans, and work standards.
- Support internal audits, customer audits, and quality management system certification audits.
- Analyze defect trends and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality management standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other relevant standards.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Participate in new product development activities to ensure quality requirements are met from the initial stage.
