We also want to celebrate our staff's happiest day by giving them half-day leave on their birthday.\n\nResponsibilities: \nReview and understand complex business\u002Fsystem requirements and design documents.\nDevelop, create, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.\nAnalyse test results, identify issues, and report bugs and errors to development teams.\nConduct extensive regression testing and thorough post-release\u002Fpost-implementation testing.\nCollaborate closely with other QA engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure software quality.\nMentor and guide junior QA engineers in software testing methodologies and best practices.\nDocument detailed testing activities and results, and provide comprehensive test reports.\nDevelop and maintain automated test scripts with minimal supervision.\nStay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in software testing.\n\nRequirements:\nMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in test automation.\nProficient in TypeScript (main stack) or at least JavaScript for automation scripting.\nStrong understanding of STLC and Agile testing processes.\nSkilled with automation tools such as Playwright or Maestro.\nExperience with mobile automation tools such as Appium, Detox, or Espresso.\nExperience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks.\nStrong understanding of API testing and backend validation (REST\u002FGraphQL).\nFamiliar with CI\u002FCD workflows using tools such as GitHub Actions or GitLab,\nExperience with Dockerized testing environments and test sharding strategies.\nStrong understanding of mobile testing, including touch gestures, orientation changes, network condition testing, and cross-device compatibility.\nExperience building comprehensive testing strategies from scratch.\nProduct-driven mindset with the ability to identify UX issues and business logic gaps.\nHands-on experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or LLM-based tools for automation workflows.\nFamiliarity with security testing concepts and OWASP best practices.\nStrong communication skills in English (speaking & writing).\nWilling to work onsite at Yogyakarta.\n\nNice to Have:\nExperience with cloud testing platforms such as Amazon Web Services Device Farm and Google Firebase Test Lab\nFamiliarity with AI\u002FML and conversational AI testing, including model validation, reliability, bias testing, and agentic workflows\n\n⚠️ Note: This position requires fluency in English, as most communication will be conducted in English.
