Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior KOL Specialist with strong experience in influencer marketing to manage end-to-end KOL activities, from strategy development and campaign execution to performance evaluation. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, strong communication abilities, and a solid understanding of the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end KOL (Key Opinion Leader) activities, including sourcing, outreach, negotiation, and campaign execution
Develop clear and effective content briefs aligned with campaign objectives
Review and ensure KOL content drafts are aligned with brand guidelines and expectations
Handle administrative processes, including:
Preparing and managing MOU/contracts
Managing invoices and payment processes
Ensure campaigns are executed on time and meet defined KPIs
Monitor and analyze KOL performance, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Brand, Creative) to ensure campaign alignment
Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, talents, and agencies
Stay updated with trends and opportunities within the beauty industry market
Qualifications:
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, preferably in the beauty industry
Strong experience in:
KOL management (end-to-end)
Content brief creation
Administrative processes (MOU & Invoice)
Content review and quality control
Performance reporting and analysis
Strong understanding of the beauty industry landscape and trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
Detail-oriented, able to work under tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proactive, highly motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team
