Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Secretary to Director to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to our Director. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling multiple priorities.
Responsibilities:
Manage the Director’s schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare documents, correspondence, meeting minutes, and regular reports
Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely execution of instructions
Maintain and organize confidential files and company documents
Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by the Director
Qualifications:
Minimum D3/Bachelor’s Degree in Secretary, Business Administration, Management, or related field
At least 3 years of experience as Secretary/Personal Assistant, preferably supporting top-level management
Professional appearance with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented, responsive, able to multitask, and work under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office and professional correspondence
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Flexible and able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment
