Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national targets
  • Drive sales volume, market share, and dealer profitability
  • Build, expand, and govern a scalable dealer network (1S & 3S)
  • Lead dealer performance management, KPI tracking, and corrective actions
  • Strengthen frontline sales capability through coaching, training, and CRM adoption
  • Manage market intelligence, competitor tracking, and local commercial opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Aftersales, V‑Green, GSM, Finance, and Legal teams


Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in automotive sales, dealer acquisition, or B2B
  • Strong understanding of dealer operations, customer experience, and P&L
  • Experience working with leasing/finance companies is a plus
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline and leadership capability
  • Data-driven, high integrity, and willing to travel when required
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
