Job Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide accurate information about the company, services, and facilities.
- Manage reservations and update booking records.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle guest requests and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized condition.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, including filing documents and preparing reports.
- Assist with payment processing and invoice preparation when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office, or Customer Service (fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they have relevant internship experience).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
- Experience with hotel/property management systems (PMS) is an advantage.
