This role oversees quality monitoring processes, provides coaching and performance feedback, analyzes quality trends, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance within the fintech business.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervise and manage the daily activities of the Quality Control team to ensure effective quality monitoring and timely reporting.\nOversee quality evaluations of telemarketing, collection, and customer service interactions to ensure compliance with company standards and quality benchmarks.\nEnsure all operational processes comply with company policies, OJK\u002FAFPI regulations, and other applicable legal requirements.\nReview and validate quality assessment results, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and fairness in the evaluation process.\nAnalyze quality performance trends, identify root causes of recurring issues, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.\nPrepare quality reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for management, including actionable recommendations for process improvements.\nCollaborate with Operations, Compliance, Training, and other departments to implement quality improvement initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.\nCoach, mentor, and develop Quality Control Specialists by providing regular feedback, calibration sessions, and performance evaluations.\nLead quality calibration meetings to ensure consistent evaluation standards across teams.\nSupport internal and external audits by providing quality documentation and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company requirements.\nContinuously review and improve quality monitoring frameworks, evaluation scorecards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline.\nMinimum 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance\u002FQuality Control within a fintech, banking, financial services, BPO, or contact center environment.\nAt least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.\nStrong understanding of quality monitoring methodologies, customer service standards, telemarketing, and collection operations.\nGood knowledge of OJK, AFPI, and other relevant financial regulations.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.\nExperience using quality monitoring tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).\nExcellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.\nAble to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.","open","Contract","Penelitian dan Manajemen Kualitas","Diploma",3,0,null,1,true,"IDR","PT.
