As a Quality Assurance Officer (Food Safety), you are responsible for ensuring that all products and processes our client company meet quality, food safety, and regulatory standards in accordance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), BPOM (Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan), and Halal certification requirements. Your role is essential in maintaining the integrity of our products and the trust of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor HACCP plans, including CCP identification, risk assessments, and control procedures.
• Conduct inspections and internal audits to ensure compliance with HACCP, BPOM, and Halal standards.
• Manage regulatory processes such as BPOM product registration and Halal certification.
• Maintain accurate QA documentation, traceability records, and corrective action reports.
• Coordinate with third-party labs for product testing and review of results.
• Oversee sanitation, hygiene, and food safety practices in production and warehouse areas.
• Provide training on hygiene, food safety, and compliance while supporting cross-functional teams.
