We also want to celebrate our staff's happiest day by giving them half-day leave on their birthday.\n\nRequirement:\nMinimum 5+ years of experience as a QA, with a proven track record of owning the end-to-end quality of complex software products.\nStrong ability to participate in product discovery, providing feedback on wireframes and user stories to identify logic gaps or UX friction before development begins.\nSelf-starter capable of working as a solo QA, taking full responsibility for quality standards without needing external supervision.\nConfident in making deployment decisions and prioritizing bug fixes based on business impact and user urgency.\nMastery of root cause analysis and the ability to connect disparate data points to identify systemic quality issues.\nProactively raising process improvements and facilitating product grooming sessions to ensure requirements are testable.\nHands-on experience with API testing (Postman\u002FInsomnia), browser developer tools, and database querying tests to perform deep-dive technical troubleshooting.\nSkilled in creating high-level test strategies and structured test suites that serve as a source of truth for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nExpert at identifying project risks early, providing constructive feedback, and proposing mitigation strategies to keep delivery on track.\nExperience leveraging AI productivity tools to assist in a work setting.\nStrong English proficiency (speaking & writing) for technical documentation and cross-team alignment.\nCapable of leading technical and product discussions with offshore stakeholders.\nWilling to work onsite at the Yogyakarta office.\n\nResponsibilities:\nCreate detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.\nIdentify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.\nMonitor the debugging process results.\nPerform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved\nPerform functional testing, content & display testing, performance testing, & responsive testing.\nCheck if the website design appears exactly as the client wants.
