The Tender & Proposal Executive will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and submitting proposals and tender documents to meet client requirements. The role involves analyzing tender documents, drafting comprehensive responses, conducting research on project specifications, managing timelines, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements and company standards. The executive will also engage in follow-up communications and provide inputs for process improvements to enhance the quality of submissions.\n\n \n\nQualifications & Requirements:\n\n·         Working experienced in Oil & Gas Industries for min 2 year\n\n·         Minimum S1 from a reputable university (Preferred Engineering Graduate)\n\n·       Must be familiar with BPMIGAS Tender Procurement Process Familiarity with PTK 007, CVID Apps, etc.\n\n·         Having an EXCELLENT command in the English language\n\n·         Excellent with MS Office; internet and computer skill\n\n·         Having a good interpersonal communication skill\n\n·     Driven, Honest, Committed, Responsible, Multitasked, hardworking, must be willing to work independently, and willing to work overtime.\n\n \n\nResponsibilities Includes:\n\nExamine through incoming tenders and to note down tender details and gather tender information and references from various sources\nCoordinate, plan and gather bid submission documents for tendering\u002Fbidding activities, Tender Questionnaires , Pre-qualifications and contract review\nProficiency in Research and Data Analysis to effectively gather information for proposals\nManage clients’ bid requirements within the various departments such as planning, QA\u002FQC, HSE, Engineering, Crewing \u002F Personnel etc., collate and compile all queries and requests for additional information for communication to Clients.\nCollate tender information and references from various sources such as online, pass records which are needed for submission.\nSupport the Commercial Department in developing good relationships with active and prospective associates\u002Fcustomers.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions with clients and stakeholders\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment\nMonitor and ensure tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions.\nTo ensure that tender submissions are standardized with Client's tender requirements.\nPreparation of contract, project estimate and tender, monitoring estimates including Bills of Quantities.\nUpdate Contract \u002F Subcontract Agreement, Contract Validity, PO\u002F WO of the ongoing Project.\nKeep monitoring the Company Licenses , incl.
