Production Planning Control (PPC) Staff

Job Description : Create and control daily, weekly, and monthly production planning. Monitor production progress to ensure targets and schedules are achieved. Control material availability for production needs. Coordinate with production, warehouse, purchasing, and QA departments regarding production processes. Prepare production reports and analyze plan versus actual results. Ensure customer delivery targets are achieved on time. Requirement : Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, or related fields. Minimum 3 year of experience in PPC/manufacturing. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with strong analytical skills. Experience in rope, textile, plastic, or manufacturing industries is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially data processing and reporting. Understand basic production planning, inventory control, and material requirement planning (MRP). Must be able to communicate well in English, both spoken and written Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and able to work under pressure. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
