Product Owner

As a Product Owner, you will be the critical bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, driving the strategic vision and execution of product development. You will be responsible for defining product features, prioritizing backlog, and ensuring delivery of high-value solutions that meet both business objectives and user needs.‍

Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product backlog
- Create and manage user stories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
- Monitor product development progress
- Conduct stakeholder management
- Ensure product alignment with strategic goals
- Drive continuous improvement of product development processes

Work Arrangement
- Employment type: Outsourced-Contract
- Contract duration: 6 months (with extension possibility)
- Location: South Jakarta
- Work type: On-site/WFO

Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System, or Information Technology
‍- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner
- Background as ex-developer preferred
- Experience in large-scale enterprise system development

Methodological Skills
‍- Advanced experience in Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in SCRUM framework
- Expert user of JIRA
- Deep understanding of business process mapping
