What You'll Do:
Manage and organize the executive’s schedule, appointments, and daily agenda;
Handle correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the executive;
Prepare documents, reports, and administrative support as required;
Act as a liaison between the executive and internal or external parties;
Provide personal and professional support to ensure daily activities run smoothly;
Arrange meetings, business travel, and related logistics.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or a related field
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, or in a similar role is an advantage
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and highly professional
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proactive, flexible, and able to work under pressure
