Familiar with the product knowledge of optical network NEs and be able to handle routine alarms and tasks.
Understand optical network protocols and can perform in-depth analysis and solve problems.
Familiar with the patch installation and upgrade of optical NEs
Able to cooperate with other products to perform cutover and capacity expansion.
Master main parameters pf optical NEs and optimize related KPI performance.
Ability to review solution and MOP.
Familiar with all cyber security processes.
Be responsible for completing customer request and internal tasks in time.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor degree in Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering (IT), Science or related field.
Minimal GPA 3.2 / 4.00.
Fluent in Business English is a Must, fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage.
Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skill.
Able to work well in a team environment and contribute to collaborative projects.
Good analytical skills, detail-oriented & strong communication skills to be able to communicate to different level of counterparts.
Basic knowledge of mobile telecommunication.
Has volunteered in university events or joined organization groups (handled events as manager or leader).
