Marcom & Events Coordinator - Hotel Tugu Bali Hotel Tugu Bali is looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marcom & Events Coordinator to support marketing initiatives, brand communication, and event execution aligned with the unique identity of Hotel Tugu Bali. This role requires someone who understands branding, storytelling, guest experience, social engagement, and event coordination within a luxury hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities: * Support marketing communication activities and brand campaigns * Coordinate promotional materials, content, and marketing initiatives across various platforms * Assist in planning and executing events, collaborations, and guest experiences * Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution * Support social media activities, partnerships, and promotional collaborations * Monitor marketing trends, guest engagement, and brand presence * Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all communication channels * Prepare marketing reports, event recaps, and activity updates\ * Support photo shoots, media visits, influencer collaborations, and promotional activities * Ensure all marketing and event activities align with Hotel Tugu Bali’s brand identity and storytelling experience Qualifications: * Background in Marketing Communication, Events, Hospitality, or related field * Creative, organized, and detail-oriented * Strong communication and coordination skills * Understanding of branding, social media, and event execution * Able to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong follow-up and time management skills * Familiar with content creation, digital marketing, and hospitality trends * Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia * Experience in hospitality, events, marketing, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred If you are passionate about storytelling, hospitality experiences, creative branding, and event coordination — we would love to hear from you.
