1. Responsible for managing the resources to get the effective utilization of resources.
2. Responsible to ensure SLA and KPI achievement as per contractual target (operation and performance).
3. Responsible for managing end to end field maintenance operation in one part of region to comply to all business process.
4. Responsible for incident management handling including escalation management, post incident analysis and improvement action.
5. Responsible for leading coordination with customer and Managed Service internal departments and 3rd parties.
6. Responsible for operation improvement and transformation.
7. Maintain KPI/SLA region on target (operation and performance).
8. Fully support governance & communication with customer.
9. Managed Service delivery strengthening (end to end regional ownership, decentralization on decision making and micromanagement operation & optimization in region).
10. Conduct regular meetings and have routine communication with customer sales and team.
11. Strategize key task and quality improvement.
12. Manage day to day operation LTOA, cell low NAV, genset monitoring, incident report submission and other key tasks.
