Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in maintenance. Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and plumbing systems. Familiar with preventive and corrective maintenance workflows. Experienced in managing tool/material inventory. Capable of leading a small team and working independently. Honest, disciplined, and responsive in emergency situations. Able to communicate clearly in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English. Preferred (Plus Points): Previous experience in a villa, hotel, or hospitality environment. Basic knowledge of swimming pool system maintenance. Holds electrical or safety (K3) certification considered a strong advantage.
