Providing legal service and support to Huawei Indonesia.
Drafting, reviewing, participating and provide legal advice in the bidding, negotiation of contracts and other legal documents at least for two accounts.
Providing legal advice and legal risk control for the operation of company including in consumer business, cloud business and coordinating or liaising with customer or relevant stake holders for any legal matter as required.
Legal research and providing legal training to other departments within company.
To manage business license application and familiar with OSS (Online Single Submission from ministry of investment) and other government license system.

Kualifikasi

Education background: Bachelor Degree in law. Master Degree will be an added value.
Fluent in English. Fluency in Mandarin will be an added value.
Have an advocate license will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge at telecommunication and business law such as company law, contract law, dispute resolution law, telecommunication law, information and electronic transaction law, criminal law and its procedural law, intellectual property rights law, personal data protection law etc.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skill with a strong commercial and legal argument.
Excellent interpersonal skill.
