Junior Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities: Support the development and customization of Salesforce solutions. Assist in configuring Salesforce using declarative tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, and Reports. Participate in requirement gathering, testing, and deployment activities. Develop and maintain basic Apex classes, triggers, and SOQL queries. Assist in building and maintaining Lightning Web Components (LWC). Support data migration and data quality activities. Troubleshoot issues and provide support during implementation and post-go-live phases. Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and senior developers to deliver Salesforce solutions. Continuously learn Salesforce best practices and new platform capabilities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field. Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 years of experience are welcome to apply. Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts. Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, C#, or Python. Basic understanding of databases and SQL. Basic understanding of REST APIs and system integrations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Nice to Have: Exposure to Salesforce Platform, CRM systems, or cloud technologies. Basic knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Flows, or Lightning Web Components (LWC). Completion of Salesforce Trailhead modules or personal Salesforce projects. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is an advantage.
