Responsibilities Design and develop automated workflows Build approval processes and notification systems Integrate Microsoft 365 applications Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities Test, troubleshoot, and optimize workflows Create solution documentation Requirements Minimum 1 year experience in workflow automation Experience with Power Automate, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools Understanding of trigger-action logic and conditional workflows Basic knowledge of APIs and JSON Strong analytical and problem-solving skills English communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Power Platform Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services PL-900 certification (or currently studying) Client-facing experience Japanese language skills are a plus Benefits Direct client project exposure Microsoft certification support Professional development opportunities Potential pathway to long-term employment
