Qualifications : 1. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. 2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience as IT Support 3. Strong knowledge of: Operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) Computer networks (LAN, WAN, router, switch, IP configuration, WiFi) Hardware and software troubleshooting 4. Basic understanding of servers, databases, and data backup concepts. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 6. Able to work independently and in a team environment. 7. Can join ASAP Job Descriptions : 1. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems. 2. Provide technical support and troubleshoot user issues both on-site and remotely. 3. Ensure stable and secure network connections (LAN, WAN, WiFi, Internet). 4. Perform regular data backups and ensure data security. 5. Update operating systems, applications, and security patches regularly. 6. Support IT-related needs for company operations (meetings, presentations, printers, etc.). 7. Document all technical issues and solutions for reference and reporting. 8. Coordinate with vendors or third parties regarding IT equipment and services. 9. Assist in system implementation and provide basic training to users. 10. Monitor IT infrastructure conditions and recommend improvements or upgrades when needed.
