IT Personnel (with OSCP Certification) - Remote

- Design and execute manual and automated test cases for applications across platforms
- Identify, document, and track bugs and vulnerabilities, and ensure timely resolution
- Perform penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and basic forensic analysis
- Collaborate with developers and DevOps to replicate and resolve system issues
- Evaluate the security posture of applications using tools aligned with OSCP methodologies
- Prepare detailed test reports and documentation for stakeholders
- Ensure software releases meet both functional and security compliance standards
- Stay updated on industry best practices in QA and application security

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Proven experience in software testing or cybersecurity
- Strong knowledge of testing tools 
- Familiar with common security issues 
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- OSCP certification is required
- CREST certification is a plus
- Able to work independently and with teams
