We are a professional firm with a growing presence in Indonesia and international markets, committed to delivering high-quality and trusted services. We are looking for a dedicated and professional individual to manage client relationships and community engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

1.  Assist in the day-to-day management of company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, and website/blog).
2.   Support content scheduling, publishing, and platform updates in accordance with the content calendar.
3.   Monitor and respond to basic engagement activities (comments, messages, and inquiries) in a timely and professional manner.
4.   Assist in organizing and maintaining digital content, media assets, and documentation.
5.   Support basic audience tracking, data input, and simple performance reporting
6.   Ensure accuracy, consistency, and professionalism in all posted content.
7.   Coordinate with internal teams for content materials and approvals.
8.   Stay updated with social media trends and best practices

Kualifikasi

Requirements:

1.  Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
2.  Strong interest in social media management and digital platforms, particularly in a professional/corporate environment.
3.  High attention to detail and willingness to learn and grow.
4.  Basic understanding of content creation and platform management
5.  Good written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia and basic English)
6.  Responsible, proactive, and able to follow structured processes


Preferred Qualifications:

1.  Internship, freelance, or project experience in social media or digital content
2.  Basic skills in design tools (Canva or similar)
3.  Familiarity with LinkedIn and Instagram platforms
4.  Basic understanding of professional branding or corporate communication
5.  Exposure to content scheduling tools or simple analytics tools is a plus
