Responsibilities : Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization in the production lines. Develop and implement SOP, conduct time studies, and monitor production performance to identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with Production, Quality, and PPIC/Planning teams to ensure smooth operations and achieve production targets. Support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma. Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering (Teknik Industri), Mechanical Engineering (Teknik Mesin) or a related field. 1 year of experience in the garment or manufacturing industry (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Good command of English, both written and spoken. Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma principles, and data analysis tools. Willing to work in the factory area and work overtime when required. Willing to work in Jepara, Central Java (we prefer candidates from Jepara, Demak, Kudus or surrounding areas). **Six (6) positions available for this position, focusing only Industrial Engineer / Mechanical Engineer graduates.
