Main Responsibilities: Expertise in HVAC set up including planning of the right configuration including air treatment calculation, ducting design, budgeting then implementation. Expertise in HVAC system Automation (set up and programming of PLC) In charge of supervising Sterile Air conditioning installation and maintenance in Indosopha Operating rooms In charge to participate to the assembly of foreign Air conditioning units in Indonesia Experience & Skills: Min. D3/S1 in a speciality related to HVAC Engineering Minimum 3 years of experience supervising HVAC installation projects. Strong knowledge of ducting systems, piping, and electrical wiring Experience in start-up and commissioning of DX systems (VRV/VRF) and chiller systems Basic understanding of electrical and control systems Able to read and interpret technical/shop drawings. Able to prepare and manage project schedules and work timelines. Able to prepare work progress reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
