Who We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Law, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and HR Operations. Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations. Experience building HR systems, SOPs, and people processes from the ground up is highly preferred. Excellent leadership, coaching, interpersonal, and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Organized, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement. An active lifestyle or interest in health, fitness, or wellness is a strong plus.
