supervisory experience preferred.\nStrong HR administration, employee relations, and discipline handling with solid documentation habits.\nPractical knowledge of Indonesian manpower basics (contracts, disciplinary steps, leave, BPJS).\nExcellent Excel\u002FGoogle Sheets;
