Head of Office Development & Operations (Fitand Office Division)

1. Development & Partnership

- Identify and negotiate with property owners for new office space opportunities.
- Design partnership or investment collaboration models (revenue share, profit-sharing, etc.).
- Conduct feasibility studies, analyze cash flow, and evaluate ROI for potential projects.
- Maintain and grow relationships with property owners, investors, and corporate clients.

2. Design & Project Leadership

- Lead renovation and fit-out projects for new and existing office spaces.
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure quality, efficiency, and brand alignment.
- Develop standardized design and layout templates for scalable expansion (e.g., serviced offices, virtual offices, meeting rooms).

3. Operations & Automation

- Oversee daily operations across all active office sites.
- Implement smart systems and digital tools (ERP, Smart Lock, eReception, Automation systems).
- Ensure high occupancy rates, service excellence, and strong site profitability.

- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in property development, coworking management, or hospitality operations (experience with brands like Regus, GoWork, VOffice, Rukita, RedDoorz, OYO, etc. is an advantage).
- Proven experience in project management, business development, and operational leadership.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and partnership development skills.
- Skilled in financial feasibility analysis, ROI evaluation, and business modeling.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or automation systems in property/hospitality operations.
