Job Description
Provide private tutoring sessions tailored to students’ academic needs and learning objectives.
Assist students in understanding subject materials, completing school assignments, and preparing for examinations through structured and effective learning support.
Develop personalized lesson plans based on each student's academic level, learning style, and progress.
Prepare teaching materials, practice exercises, and assessments to support students’ academic achievement.
Monitor and evaluate students’ learning progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
Maintain effective communication with students and parents regarding academic progress, learning challenges, and strategies for improvement.
Adhere to the agreed teaching schedule and maintain professionalism throughout the learning process.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Final-year students with strong academic performance are encouraged to apply.
Minimum 1 year of experience in private tutoring, tutoring centers, or other teaching-related activities. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong subject matter knowledge relevant to the grade level being taught, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students from diverse backgrounds and age groups.
Ability to design and implement effective learning strategies tailored to individual student needs and abilities.
Strong time management skills and a high level of responsibility in managing teaching schedules.
Familiarity with online learning platforms is an advantage.
Experience in preparing students for school examinations, mid-term and final exams, Olympiads, UTBK, independent university entrance examinations, or other academic assessments is preferred.
Creative and innovative teaching methods, with the ability to utilize various learning resources and educational technologies to enhance student understanding.
