GRO/Villa Supervisor

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Guest Relations Officer (GRO), Villa Supervisor, or Butler.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Experience supervising and coordinating Housekeeping and Maintenance teams.
• Ability to monitor staff performance, assign daily tasks, and ensure company SOPs and service standards are followed.
• Ability to handle guest requests, complaints, and emergency situations professionally and efficiently.
• Experience with guest check-in/check-out procedures, villa operations, and basic administrative tasks.
• Ability to inspect villas before guest arrival and ensure the highest cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management.
• Proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently.
• Based in Bali or willing to work in the area.
