Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in brand or creative design roles.
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign, and creative visual works.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
Basic understanding of AI-powered design tools and their creative applications.
Solid grasp of typography, color theory, composition, and branding systems.
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and brand coherence.
Good communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
Create and execute visual concepts that reflect and enhance the brand’s identity and values.
Design marketing materials for both digital and print use, ensuring consistent brand expression.
Collaborate with Brand Managers, Marketing, and Content teams to align design with brand strategy.
Maintain and update brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.
Utilize AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, etc.) to enhance creativity and workflow efficiency.
Research and apply design trends, including AI-generated design and data-driven creativity, to keep the brand innovative.
Present design concepts and justify creative decisions based on brand strategy and user insight.
Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
