HR MANAGER / SUPERVISOR – JAKARTA

Salary: Rp 6,000,000 – Rp 10,000,000 per month (gross) + performance bonus
Reporting to: President Director
Scope: Full-time HR operations (primary company) + ad-hoc support across sister companies

This HR role serves the entire group—your primary focus is managing HR operations for our main company, with flexibility to support sister companies as needed.
THE ROLE
We are seeking a self-directed, flexible HR Manager/Supervisor who can independently manage full-time HR operations for our main business while remaining available to support ad-hoc HR needs across our portfolio of sister companies. This is a real leadership role—we need someone who can take ownership of HR, make sound decisions, and execute at high quality with minimal oversight.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (~80% of time)
Recruitment & Talent Management
- Design and manage recruitment processes end-to-end (job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Build and maintain effective talent pipelines for key positions
- Lead recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives
- Manage probation, performance reviews, and exit processes professionally
Payroll & Compliance
- Manage monthly payroll processing, tax calculations (PPh 21), and statutory submissions
- Administer BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (employment insurance) and BPJS Kesehatan (health insurance)
- Ensure 100% compliance with Indonesian labor law, working hours regulations, and leave policies
- Maintain accurate, organized employee records and statutory documentation
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback
- Develop and execute employee engagement and retention programs
- Support management in discipline and separation processes
HR Administration & Systems
- Maintain and continuously improve HR policies, standard operating procedures, and documentation
- Develop and track HR KPIs and performance metrics
- Evaluate and manage HR information systems (HRIS/payroll software)
- Produce regular HR reports for management (headcount, turnover, salary benchmarks, compliance status)
Strategic HR Projects
- Build or enhance performance management frameworks aligned with business needs
- Develop competitive compensation and benefits strategies
- Create career development and internal mobility programs
- Support organizational improvements and HR process optimization
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES (~20% of time, as assigned)
- Support sister companies with recruitment, payroll onboarding, and HR administration
- Handle ad-hoc HR tasks and requests from leadership across the group
- Ensure consistency and best practices across all group entities
- Be available and responsive when the President Director calls on you for HR support
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Essential Qualifications
- 4–6+ years of HR experience, with proven track record managing payroll, recruitment, and compliance
- Expert-level knowledge of payroll processing, BPJS, and Indonesian labor compliance (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment law, regulations, and best practices
- Hands-on experience with HR software/systems (Gadjian, SAP, HRIS platforms, or equivalent)
- Ability to work independently and make sound HR decisions with minimal oversight
- Flexibility & adaptability: Comfortable pivoting between main company and group company needs as priorities shift
- Track record of building HR systems or improving HR processes in previous roles
