JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
Communicating with Japanese (handle check-in and check-out operations).
Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on by telephone, answering or reffering inquiries as soon as they arrive at the office
Provide information and services according to guests needs
Coordinate with related department regarding guest needs and record them according work procedures
Receive and follow up complaints from guest to be solved with good coordination with related department
REQUIREMENTS :
Age around 20 - 28 years old.
Can speak Japanese Conversational level (minimum has JLPT N3 / N2).
Good looking is a must and also well groomed person
Hospitality experience is preferably
