Job Description:
Greet residents, guests, and visitors politely and professionally
Answer phone calls and respond to emails or inquiries
Manage visitor check-in and maintain security procedures
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
Handle resident complaints or service requests and report them to management
Schedule maintenance appointments when needed
Keep records, logs, and resident information updated
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Requirements:
Female under 30 years old.
A high school diploma or equivalent is the standard minimum.
Having 1-3 years of experience as a Front Desk Receptionist in an apartment building.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to respond quickly to emergencies
Proficient English communication skills
Attention to detail
A friendly, welcoming attitude, excellent multitasking abilities, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
