Position Title: Executive Assistant Location: Central Park, Jakarta (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time Employer: Virtual Staff Australia Pty Ltd About Virtual Staff Australia Virtual Staff Australia is a Sydney-based outsourced staffing provider that helps Australian businesses grow by connecting them with dedicated, high-performing professionals based in Indonesia. We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support one of our Australian clients. This is an office-based position located in Central Park Jakarta. Remote or work-from-home arrangements are not available. Qualification: Female/Male Minimum education: Diploma 3 Maximum age: 30 years Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field Must be fluent in English Honest and disciplined Satisfied with consistency and structure in their work schedule Prioritisation skills Placement: Jakarta (Central Park) Key Responsibilities Executive & Administrative Support Manage email inboxes and prioritise communications coordinate calendars, appointments and scheduling handle administrative phone calls and correspondence prepare documentation conduct follow-ups provide bookkeeping and Xero administration support where required. Email Marketing & CRM Administration Maintain and clean mailing lists build and segment databases apply CRM updates schedule newsletters and email campaigns coordinate approved business communications. Social Media Administration Schedule and publish approved content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, YouTube Community and Google Business Profile manage content calendars and publishing schedules. Website & Content Management Update WordPress websites upload blogs manage internal links update metadata and SEO-related content support content publishing. Canva & Digital Marketing Support Create graphics, thumbnails and templates using Canva maintain digital asset libraries support marketing workflows. Video Content Administration Organise video assets create clips add captions and subtitles upload and publish videos maintain content libraries. Confidentiality & Data Security Maintain strict confidentiality, follow security procedures, protect business information and handle data in accordance with company requirements. Skills & Qualifications Minimum two years of administrative or executive assistant experience; excellent English communication skills; Microsoft 365 proficiency; strong organisational skills; ability to work independently. Experience with WordPress, Xero, Canva, social media tools and video editing is advantageous. Personal Attributes Organised, proactive, professional, reliable, accountable, detail-oriented and customer-focused. Working Arrangement Full-time onsite role based in Central Park Jakarta.
