• Coordinate and manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and business travel arrangements.
• Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, correspondence, and other administrative documents.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between executives, internal departments, and external business partners.
• Handle and organize business communications, including emails, letters, and confidential documents.
• Track, monitor, and follow up on action items arising from meetings and ongoing projects.
• Support data gathering, reporting, and analysis to assist operational and strategic decision-making.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive company information at all times.
