Junior - Senior Engineer Main Responsibilities: Responsible for the maintenance of various medical equipment installed in the designated area, ensuring proper functioning and troubleshooting as needed Perform installations of medical equipment when certified and required Support the sales team by gathering detailed information on the installed base and monitoring customer satisfaction Provide technical assistance and product demonstrations for clients to ensure optimal use of equipment Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status Respond promptly to service calls and ensure timely resolution of technical issues Experience & Skills: Open to male candidates, age of 28 - 35 years old Minimum D3/S1 in Electromedic, Electronic, or Instrumentation (STR is an advantage) Experience required as an ATEM Practical knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, including analysis of wiring diagrams for electric and electronic circuits Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining complex medical equipment Able to understand and use professional English in work-related tasks Benefits: In-house and international training opportunities Employment and health coverage through BPJS Medical reimbursement for outpatient care Private health insurance for inpatient care Meal and transportation allowance Clear career path "Fitness Friday": fun weekly team activities (Jakarta only)
