Job Summary
Manage daily online operations by handling customer inquiries across e-commerce platforms and social media, and processing orders via omnichannel systems. You will also oversee daily inventory, prepare return reports, and coordinate administrative tasks across our 12 store branches.
Qualification
Minimum High School / Vocational School (SMA/SMK) graduate with a relevant major.
Minimum 1 year of experience in E-commerce admin, Customer Service, or Data Entry (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and handle complaints professionally.
Proficient in operating Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets.
Familiarity with marketplace dashboards and omnichannel platforms is a plus.
Adaptable and willing to work on a shift schedule.
