🔑 What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national targets
- Drive sales volume, market share, and dealer profitability
- Build, expand, and govern a scalable dealer network (1S & 3S)
- Lead dealer performance management, KPI tracking, and corrective actions
- Strengthen frontline sales capability through coaching, training, and CRM adoption
- Manage market intelligence, competitor tracking, and local commercial opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Aftersales, V‑Green, GSM, Finance, and Legal teams
