Job Description
Manage end-to-end marketplace operations for brands across multiple e-commerce channels
Coordinate closely with brand PIC, internal sales team, warehouse, finance, marketing, and external partners to ensure smooth business operations
Handle operational issues related to stock coordination, order fulfillment, campaign execution, marketplace activities, and system operations
Acquire, organize, consolidate, and analyze complex sales and operational data from multiple sources to generate accurate business reports for brand partners
Maintain reporting accuracy and ensure timely submission of sales and operational reports to brand partners
Ensure all stock and sales movements are properly recorded and monitored
Ensure OMS and WMS systems are properly maintained and correctly configured
Support execution of promotional activities including flash sales, bundle programs, product launches, campaigns, and marketplace initiatives
Maintain strong communication and relationships with external brand partners and third parties
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, key account, merchandising, or business development
Strong understanding of marketplace ecosystem (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, etc.)
Strong analytical skills and experience handling sales data/reporting
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
Familiarity with OMS/WMS systems is a plus
Detail-oriented, responsive, and good communication skills
Experience in beauty, skincare, FMCG, or retail industry is a plus
Ability to communicate in Korean is preferred
