Customer Service ( Voice and Live Stream)

Role Overview:
Provide timely and professional support to in app users. Handle inquiries, complaints, and account issues while maintaining high user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues via support channels
- Handle complaints, refunds, and account-related requests
- Coordinate with product and operations teams when needed
- Maintain knowledge base and contribute to process improvements
- Track and report on CS performance metrics
Requirements:
- Male or Female , Age Maximum : 30
- Prefer user with live streaming related experience ( same position ) or you know about live and voice streaming ecosystem
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (written & spoken); good command of English
- Prior experience in customer service or user support
- Strong communication skills,fast leaner and empathy
- Detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
