- Be responsible for maintaining network stability and do preventive maintenance for customer network.
- Be responsible for analysis, provide the solution and root cause analysis for any live network issues to customer.
- Be responsible for regular meeting with customer and follow up requirement timely manner.
- Be responsible for self-evaluation and analysis to improve technical analysis and excellent solution to customers.
- Be responsible for effectively communicate with customers internally, clarify tasks and complete tasks in a timely manner.
