Daily Operations
- Submit daily commercial summary (arrivals/departures, leads, marketing updates, guest issues, operational follow-ups)
- Ensure all external communication (WA, email, website, CRM) follows approved templates and SOP
- Oversee complete guest experience, including documents, manifests, concierge needs, and billing accuracy
- Identify sales/partnership opportunities and support revenue-growth initiatives
- Approve and monitor marketing calendars and content delivery across all digital platforms
Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate readiness of dockhands, utilities, concierge, and lounge for VIP guests
- Review all documents (vessel files, manifests, NDAs, proposals, partner onboarding, marketing materials) for accuracy and compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to data privacy and filing SOPs
- Verify booking accuracy and monitor risks (overbooking, pricing, miscommunication)
- Maintain brand consistency (copyright, IP, brand guidelines)
- Review operational risk flags and instruct corrective actions
Reporting & Analysis
- Consolidate weekly sales funnel updates and assign follow-up priorities; review proposals and rate cards
- Oversee partner and market databases; validate marketing analytics and insights
- Prepare weekly/monthly management reports covering reservations, sales, marketing, compliance, risks, and action plans
